Instructions for use

Lift Load: Stand in the same plane as the hand sprocket and pull the hand chain to rotate the hand sprocket clockwise, which lifts the heavy load.

Lower Load: Pull the hand chain in the opposite direction to slowly lower the load.

Important: The pulling force should be even and soft, not too strong, to prevent the hand chain from jumping or getting stuck.

Safety instructions

• Ensure that the hook is correctly mounted to avoid overloading and deformation.
• Regularly check the condition of the chain and casing to ensure there is no damage.
• Work slowly and steadily, use the reverse lock function to fix the load height
• Overloading or oblique lifting of heavy objects is strictly prohibited.
• The load-bearing capacity of the suspension point must not be less than 1.05 times the nominal load.
• Check that all parts are intact before use and that the transmission part and lifting chain have been fully lubricated.
• It is strictly forbidden for personnel to work or walk under heavy objects during the lifting process.

Maintenance

• The transmission part should be oiled regularly to ensure lubrication and reduce wear.
• Lubricating oil must not penetrate the friction rubber plate to prevent self-locking failure
• If the product has been used for more than 3 months or has not been used for a long time, it should be disassembled, cleaned, inspected and lubricated
